You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Site or its systems.
2. No Registration Required Access to the core directory features of the Site does not require user registration or the creation of an account.
3. Directory Information and Third-Party Services The Site lists information about independent third-party plumbing service providers (“Plumbers”). Plumbers in Florida does not provide plumbing services itself. We are an independent directory resource.
4. No Endorsement or Affiliation The inclusion of any Plumber on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or warranty by Plumbers in Florida. We are not affiliated with any Plumber listed on the Site. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own research, due diligence, and verification before hiring or interacting with any Plumber found through the Site. Any transactions or agreements made between you and a Plumber are strictly between you and the Plumber; Plumbers in Florida is not a party to such agreements.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Plumbers in Florida does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site or the information contained within it (including Plumber listings, service descriptions, contact information, or any other content).
